Ruwwad community center is one of Ahel's partners. The organization adopted the community agonizing methodology as part of their programs and launched three campaigns in Jordan. It's also important to mention that Ruwwad was the first organization to receive the Arabized community organizing training for its team in 2010.
Ahel conducted a series of workshops during 2012 and 2013 aiming to support "Right to Work" campaign in partnership with Association Najdeh in Lebanon.
In partnership with Baladna association, Ahel conducted two open recruitment community organizing workshops in Palestine, in 2013 and 2014.
Ahel facilitated startegy workshops for The Arab Forum for Sexuality, Education and Health in Palestine.
Ahel conducted a series of workshops early 2014 for Syrian civil society organizations in partnership with the Asfari Foundation
In partnership with the Arab Resource Center for Popular arts (Al-Jana), Ahel conducted two community organizing workshps as part of the summer camp in 2013 and 2014.
In partnership with the Syrian League for Citizenship, Ahel conducted a three day workshop targeting Syrians in September 2014 in Lebanon.
In partnership with Amel Association for human rights. Ahel conducted a four day community organizing workshop which was attended by activists from Syria, Egypt Jordan, Palestine, Morocco and Lebanon.
Ahel Partnered with New Tactics for human rights to conduct a combined workshop in which a merge of both methodologies was tried for the first time. 16 Syrian activists attended the workshop which lasted for 5 days end of 2014.
Through our journey towards our vision, we partner with several inspiring individuals, organizations and groups to take leadership and create change in their communities. Concurrently, they enriched our learning and growth.
